About Whipped Up!

Whipped Up! offers a wide variety of cupcakes, cakesicles, cookies, chocolate dipped treats, letter and number cakes, and special occasion cakes.

Angela F. is the CEO and owner of Whipped Up! I prepare all of my delicious cupcakes and treats from my home kitchen in Odenton, Maryland. I have been trained and degreed in Professional Cooking and Baking and served as a Sous Chef and Pastry Chef for over 10 years before pursuing a second career as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, while still baking and cooking for family and friends

Whipped Up! by Angela F, LLC was officially approved as a Maryland Cottage Food Business in June 2022. Under the Maryland Cottage Food Law, our business is restricted to in-person and online sales only in the state of Maryland.

My plans include expanding my business by becoming a commercial retailer so that I will be able to offer my products outside of the state of Maryland. Starting as a Maryland Cottage Food Business is a stepping stone for Whipped Up! to promote my products so that they can reach others through word-of-mouth.
